A visionary design approach and breadth of experience are what set SHOWORKS, Inc. president and executive creative director Stefanie Berry apart from most event professionals.

Although Stefanie’s early professional experience concentrated in the field of performing arts, she quickly realized her natural calling was in the creative and fast-paced industry of special events. In 1995, Stefanie moved to Tampa, FL. where she flourished in her role of producing large multi-day corporate events, including such notable events as the Grand Opening for the Ice Palace (currently knows as the Tampa Bay Times Forum) and the Nokia Sugar Bowl, to name a few, for a Clearwater-based international event company. She moved on to become the Operations Manager of a national promotional event marketing company producing and designing touring events for GM’s Cadillac division throughout the US for festivals, PGA Tours and concerts. This eventually led to more senior event positions, including one that took her to Chicago as Director of Special Events for the legendary Ronsley Special Events. As her experience in the industry grew, Stefanie made two pivotal decisions: to leave Chicago to return to the South, and to open her own company.

Today, Stefanie owns her own full-service event design and production company based in Tampa. Her innovative design mind, keen attention to detail, and unyielding desire to proffer the finest client services are what have garnered a loyal and diverse client base and propelled her into becoming one of the most sought after event designers in the industry.

Stefanie’s exceptional design talents, detailed logistical coordination capabilities, and tenacious dedication to her work have earned her numerous awards and accolades, keeping her in the forefront of the event industry. Named one of Event Solutions magazines’, Style Setters: the Next Generation, the Esprit award-winner, and Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Top 100 Woman Owned Businesses for the past five years, has also received over 18 national and international award nominations, including the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 2011 Business Woman of the Year.
